Spring Camp Cheerio is located in Roaring Gap, NC, at a YMCA camp located among the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
Participants are encouraged to arrive at Camp Cheerio Friday mid-morning and stay through the conclusion of the workshop on Sunday morning. This will allow you to enjoy the full benefits of the camp weekend. If you are unable to stay on-site for the weekend, day rates are available.
Cabins (These are shared cabins): There are family cabins with bunk beds. Shower and toilet facilities are located in each cabin. Linens are not provided.
Millis Lodge: The Millis lodge offers motel like rooms with private bathrooms; linens and towels are provided
Motels: For participants wishing to stay off-site, a listing of motels is provided below. You will pay the day rate to cover meals and workshop costs at the camp.
High Meadows Inn about 3 miles in Roaring Gap, NC. This is an older hotel, but very safe and very close to camp.
